Synopsis

The Happy Prince, and Other Tales is a collection of short stories written by Irish playwright Oscar Wilde. Primarily dealing with love and selfishness, this children's stories teaches moral for the young readers. The Happy Prince explores the greedy humans, when the Prince who is a statue now asks the valuable thinks from his body and ending up in his entire body being stripped. The Nightingale and the Rose narrates the story of wandering and unsatisfied minds of a girl, whose lover fulfilled her wish for a red rose by dropping his blood on a white rose.
